Don’t worry about getting everything right, one of our team will contact you to confirm & check your specifications. This person will then be your dedicated point of contact throughout the process.


Clarifications: Our sellers will all receive the details of your requirements at the same time, and have an opportunity to pose further questions which will be relayed to you, ensuring everyone is on the same page. 


Compare & evaluate bids: We’ll strive to provide you with at least three, standardised bids for easy comparison. There will be an emphasis on attributes beyond price, highlighting reputation, capabilities & fair practices, to ensure you have all the information you need to make the right decision for your requirement. 


Make your selection (or don’t): There is absolutely no obligation to select one of our bids & there is no cost to the entire process for you. However, should you select a bid, you can do so with added confidence & ease, due to the work we’ll do in the background.


Review performance: What is absolutely essential is the provision of honest & fair feedback post service. This underpins our entire process & empowers both parties. Your decision will (in part) depend on the reviews of other buyers & theirs will depend on yours.

Access relevant opportunities: You will be notified via email of any opportunities that match the information you’ve given us, filtered by location, service type & scale. 


Evaluate & bid: You’ll have ample opportunity to request any further information you need to inform your decision to bid. If you do decide to bid, the process will be as streamlined as possible to allow you to get back to doing what you do best. 


Receive feedback: If your bid is accepted, you will be asked to pay CleanSeek a 1% fee of the contract value, this is the only cost to our service. From this point on you are welcome to deal with the buyer directly & begin to build your relationship. Should you be unsuccessful, we will endeavour to share feedback so you are able to refine your approach next time.

Review performance: We believe feedback should work both ways & it is incredibly important to us that you get an opportunity to evaluate your experience. This must be fair & honest but beyond that, you are in control of your review.
